Like why SO MANY people watch CBS comedies! I consider most things on CBS unwatchable, but especially their pathetic laugh track comedies. I won't give specific names, but you know who you are (Two and a Half Men cough cough) and at the same time actual high quality, original and can you believe it, FUNNY comedies get shelved mid-season to make room for another terrible unoriginal laugh track sitcom, sorry Whitney, it's not me, it's you. Seriously one of the worst shows ever, painful to watch.
I've got your back Community, and hopefully NBC will too. They have a better track record for standing by their high quality content, even if it is not as largely watched as some lowest common denominator shows out there.
End rant.

I don't care what you say... I love How I Met Your Mother. I think Community has lost me a bit lately. I really hate the dean character, and feel like I probably watched my last episode last week.
Whitney....AHHHHHhhh what the heck is that show. I agree...and community tries to hard. Needless to say, I agree with you.

I agree with you guys actually, Community oftentimes is too weird for me, however, to have it pushed aside for Whitney makes me crazy!

Umm yes! It is my favorite new show for sure, it makes me giggle so much, sometimes because she reminds me and Ryan of me, you know, randomly breaking into song and all:) I remember Tiff pointed that out to me once, and I don't even notice that I do it most of the time.
I also wonder how 2 1/2 Men can stillbe on the air, it's awful. I think Modern Family and Parks and Rec are the only two comedies i still make it a point to watch.
I am all about community, that is so sad! I love that show! Who would waste time on two and a half men...not me...anymore:)
I think How I Met Your Mother is the only NBC show we've ever watched and yes, the laugh track was super cheesy at first but I love Jason Segel so I made myself get over it. :)
Every week when our dvr records the first few minutes of Whitney I just have to watch it to see just how horrible it is; then I'm thankful that I didn't waste 18 minutes of my life that night to watch the entire episode. Yes, Community is bizarre, but at least the creators know that and so they can get away with having an entire episode about turning zombies on Halloween and then they're back to normal the next week. Anyway, I think you might enjoy the show Happy Endings on ABC; it's after Modern Family. Ben and I do, and we're also big fans of Parks and Rec, Modern Family, and of course Community.
